Refund policy

We want you riding, not waiting on a return desk. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

 

RETURNS

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Because of carrier and safety regulations, oils, chemicals, and other fluids cannot be returned once opened or unsealed.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email support@outriderperformance.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you return instructions and the return address. Please do not ship products back without contacting us first.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, or defective product).

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, email support@outriderperformance.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
