Compare the chain-care family before selecting a product.
- Warm the chain. A short ride helps old lube release.
- Clean. Spray C1 on the lower run while rotating the rear wheel; scrub with a chain brush; let it flash off.
- Lube. Apply a light, even coat of C2 (road) or C3 (dirt) on the inside of the chain; centrifugal force works it outward.
- Wait. Give it 10 minutes to set before riding, or it flings.
